No, this device doesn't come with a full face mask. Mask has to be purchased separately since there are different kinds of full face masks with different sizes which fits in with airmini . Only P10, N20, F20 Mask, F30 Masks from Resmed are compatible to be used with Airmini The choice depends upon customers choice .
