I like cut mine into bite size pieces, crisp in a fry pan with a tiny bit of butter until it turns green and crunchy...makes a great chip replacement! It makes a great mineral rich salt substitute! Although not high in sodium the minerals such as potassium gives a salty taste. Delicious and nutritious!
