Then download the CZ Smart YouQ wellness app by IBM Watson and Science backed by NASA. Wear your watch for 10 days to get the most from the CZ Smart YouQ app. Wear it to bed, take alert checks and monitor your Power Gauge. In 10 days the app will determine your Chronotype. Make the most of your day by finding your sharpest points in the day or when you are headed for a drop using your Power Gauge.
