All else was ok, so I didn't want to return the whole kit and wait even more weeks for a new one to arrive. Ended up buying a separate controller

I had the wiring screwed up and they stuck it out with me until we had it solved. The product is exceptional. Works perfectly.

The media could not be loaded. I installed triple checked everything it ran once next time I turned on nothing in plugged and plugged everything back in and nothing very disapointed

The media could not be loaded. I made a go kart from an old razor kids go kart and I liked it so I made another one. I’m proud of myself for figuring out all the wiring. I had to look at reviews on other motors to figure it out. reversing the motor is the tricky part. You have to switch wires on the hall sensor and the motor. I bought a three speed switch and got that to work too. It has a soft start and reverse and Killswitch for the brake handle. One of my motors had a dent in the side, and the mounting base was crooked. It worked OK so I dealt with it.

Works good plug n play kit pretty easy

Very easy to install and running fine so far, I mounted it on my bike and it made the ride much easier!

The motor is very fast, up to 25 mph, but I think it could be a little faster up to 30+ mph, and the quality is great!
