Inaccurate description
While the scoop is sturdy and useful it DOES NOT hold 2 lbs of DE as advertised. Make sure you weight your chemicals in this cup so you know how much product you are adding. The inaccurate description caused me to have to replace my de filter grids and quite the headache while trying to figure out the flirtation problem. It’s closer to 1/2 a lb of DE instead of 2lbs which is a big problem.

sturdy and nice color
love the angle of scooper so you do not have to reach in as far to get full scoop of DE.

Design flaws
Pros:cups look awesome and are brightFlat lip is nice to scoop last bits from containerCons:Smaller than expected holds 4 chlor pucks, where others hold 6.the handle tapers at the top and don't allow a firm grasp - much smaller than comfortable. I dropped it twice the first day using itIf left to hang on handle, the distribution of weight will topple over on itself. The slanted design allows the cup to fall forward easily on flat ground

Inaccurate description. You have to weigh your chemical. The lines are useless.
It's a cup. But still requires weight measurement for accurate amount. They say 1 liter/2 pounds "substance". First of all, Liter is volume. Pound is weight. They don't have linear relationship for the solid.Second, 1 liter of water is not 2 pounds. They obviously referred to water volume and weight and they are already wrong. The "substance" that they refer to is likely "solid" materials such as powders. some powders weight more than 2 and some less than 2 pounds in the cup.If you want accurate measurement, make sure to weight your "substance".D.E. powder when full was only 11 oz. way less than 2 pounds. I poured 3 cups of DE thinking it would weight about 6 pounds but on my, was I wrong. Next day, I got curious and weighed it in a full cup. I ended up adding another 6 cups (11x 8 cups= 88oz= 5.5 pounds) of DE to my 48sq DE filter. I was just glad I didn't wait too long before measuring it. Otherwise I would've had to backwash the filter again to start all over again. Then I weighted Ca chloride to adjust my hot tub. Full cup was about 1.5 lbs. Still short of what they claim. I should've just bought a cup designed for DE. Now I have to measure every single "substance" using this cup.
