What is seat height from ground to top of seat?

Hi, that's equal to the "saddle height". Here below is the value. Size 14" bike: 18.9" to 22.8"; Size 16" bike: 20.5" to 24.4"; Size 18" bike: 21.7" to 27.5"; Size 20" bike: 24" to 29.5". You can refer to the size guide in the 3rd image of the product for more details.

Why doesn't it come with training wheels?

RoyalBaby believes that training wheels are not the best way for a toddler to learn a two-wheeler. In fact, training wheels will hinder kids' nature to get balancing skills and may lead them to have a hard time taking them off once they get used to it. Learning to ride without training wheels allows kids to develop better control and agility on the bike. You can visit the Royalbaby online shop if you still need training wheels. Are pedals removable?

Yes. They are unattached when the bike arrives in the box. They just screw in with the provided wrench, but you could take them out later if needed.
