Great for braids!
I got these to try to remove a skin tag, but unfortunately they were too big for my needs. However, they seem to be good quality bands. They are very stretchy, seem to be sturdy, and were a fantastic value. I got the clear variety, but there were other colors available. They didn’t work for my skin tag ligation, but they are perfect for using at the end of braids. I have really long hair (past my waist), and these have been perfect for closing my braids without adding bulk at the ends. Turned out to be a great purchase even though not for my original intent. :)

Used with Invisaligns
These worked a LOT better than the orthodontist bands. The orthodontist bands broke every hour, give or take a few minutes. I used these, changed them often (every two-three hours or so) and my teeth moved 4 months faster than they were supposed to. These do break more than the latex types. I used latex at night, but the non-latex all day. The non-latex were stronger than the latex bands, but did break more often. You just get used to changing them out pretty often-this keeps them stronger anyway which is better for moving your teeth!

Very useful to braiders
Good quality . I use them as ponytail holders on fine hair and at the end of braids. Perfect off label use. Better than burning ends or damaging your hair with a hot water dip.

Not Bad For Braces
At first, I hated these. They’re thick and harder to apply. However, after I passed the learning curve I began to like them, a lot. As you may know, bands must be replaced after eating but also periodically throughout the day, as they stretch out. These bands actually break when they get worn out, which is a good indication you needed to change them anyway. Now I really like them.Make sure your fingers are dry if you’re using fingers to apply them. The bands are slippery and difficult to work with when wet.

Not a replica of sea lion
Not the same as the sea lion heavy 1/4” 6.4mm 6.5oz rubber bands at all. A bit thicker per other review. The tension is much looser compared to sea lion. Will most likely mess up your treatment if your orthodontist prescribed the sea lion. I do love the clear color, much less visible. But can’t use them.

Stretchy, Clear Bands
Bought these when my fiancé ran out of his and they work great! Love the fact that they are clear, it helps with the aesthetic of his braces. They fit well and are stretchy. Just like the ones from his ortho office.
