Yes, they do. I started with a P10, but switched to N30. My DME supplier just swapped out my unopened P10 nasal pillows for N30 nasal cushions. Easy peasy. Same frame and headgear are used for both masks.

Here is the name of what I think you need. its the frame to hold an N30 nasal pillow. List of supply houses. I fairly expensive you might want to shop around

It is a Pillow setting because the N30 has a cradle cushion with nostril holes similar to pillows but without the prongs.
