Works like a kerosene heater should

I bought this for my small 28' sailboat, and it is a beautiful, well thought-out set. The kerosene burner seems very sturdy; the extra wicks, gloves, transfer hand pump, and carrying bag are all a perfect compliment. The manufacturer put a lot of consideration into creating this set. I have a propane sailing furnace on the boat right now, but have wanted to lose it as propane & boats aren't a great mix. I believe this little beauty will be the perfect replacement.

The braces that hold the top on are flimsy. The delivery was on time and the over all product was OK, but as I said the braces that hold the top are flimsy and should be replaced...

Avoid this. When I got it there were no instructions how to assemble or use it. It felt dangerous to use the one time I did during a power outage. It didn't generate enough heat and smoked too much. It might have been the kerosene I was using, but I didn't use it more than once and felt like I had to watch it like a hawk to keep from burning my house down.

Stable, wish it was easier to light, but fotr the lrice: our feet are warm, sn one can cook on it too! Have to use K-1, expensive, but - safe. Overal like it on day one in the breezeway.

Weights 9 lbs empty and with a gallon of fuel under 20 lbs. Give about 9000 b t u of heat. Easy to move for refilling. Only thing missing is auto tip over shut off. However unit is fairly stable , it would take a lot to tip it over. Runs 16 to 20 hours on a full tank. Heats a room easily.

This is a great heater and does a great job! Very pleased with our purchase!

It's a good looking unit. It's compact and easy to keep away from combustible furniture. It's easy to move around even when full. I leave my bedroom door open at night and my bedroom is 70' and the living room is 65'
