Freddy Hirsch Original Biltong Spice 1 kg

Used this for my first ever batch of home-made biltong and have nothing but praise for it. The blend is perfect and just the right amount of everything in it. Have been complimented non-stop on how tasty the biltong I made is and have been told it tastes even better than most UK saffa shops!! Bought another 4.5kg of Topside today and tomorrow shall be making more using this great spice. A real winner.

Followed the recipe and made nice Biltong, it was a bit too salty for my taste. Going to use a bit less next time and add a bit of none salted spice to the mix.

Freddy Hirsch biltong spice is probably the best spice you can buy in uk which fully replicates a South African biltong flavour. It's fantastic!I just wish the seller would tell me what the 'best before date' is, of the current batch he's selling. Because it does deteriorate and 1KG of spice is a alot to get through for one family in a short space of time!!Please tell me...........

Having used lots of different spices- this is the best one I have ever used and won’t use any other now. Would highly recommend
