How is the firmness adjustable? (Like it states)

Hi Natalie! Thank you for reaching out to us! The pillow is made to be ergonomic and adjustable in length & fullness. The kit is made up of a bbhugme inner pillow, a cover, and two pebbles to secure and adjust each end. By sliding the pebbles you can easily adjust the firmness and length of the pillow. If you want to achieve more firmness, you can fasten the pebbles and by sliding the pebbles down, you will get a longer and less firm pillow. The pillow will then mold to your body which will ensure a 5- point support around your belly, lower back, pelvis, knees, and ankles. How are you supposed to lay with this?

My wife uses this in a horseshoe shape. The pillow wraps from the back to between the legs to the chest. This keeps her sleeping on her side which is important during the later stages of pregnancy.
