Excellent, used and reused, no negatives at all

I bought one for my own personal camping first aid / survival kit. I expected that having the one side of the page for medical info if needed, and the other side for general notes (General use, survival, trail notes, etc.).Unfortunately for my purposes, the notebook has medical info on BOTH sides. For someone using this almost exclusively for medical purposes, that probably handy... Unfortunately i'm not that.So, beware, BOTH SIDES OF THE PAPER HAVE MEDICAL MAD-LIBS! Disappointed that the product listing was misleading with the images. Looks like Ill have to make a frankin-pad of a plain 3x5 and this 😕.

The notebook is super handy to have on hand to take rough notes during patient care as a volunteer. It has a GCS reference guide and spaces to keep all your vitals neatly organized.My only complaint is that I wouldn't have guessed that it was brand new when it arrived. The first pages have some sort of dirt/dust on them. No writing of course, just looks like it's been dragged on the ground. If I'm paying $7 for a notebook, I want it to be clean when I get it.

(Non-EMT review) I was able to use it the first night I received it. Recording the patients information on the pages were easy and had plenty of space. I did like the extra space on the back of the page to write more information. Have not wrote in the rain using this booklet yet, but I have had other Rite in the Rain products before and I can only imagine that this booklet will be the same. I like having the GCS scale handy. Excellent Product.

Works perfect, and I love that it has the GCS. For the life of me I can never remember all of those. I think I would prefer it being maybe 20% larger in each direction, but this’ll do for now.
