I misunderstood - I thought that this was the actual book. Instead it was Study Notes about it. It Could have been explained more explicitly.

Not a good book for reluctant teen - very boring. Have bought better versions from other publishers. Will keep for myself to refer to.

Just what I needed and the delivery was on time.
