I was skeptical about this supplement so I looked into on the website NCBI.Turns out it was proven to reduce blood sugar.Not sure if it helped with that but my wife said it suppressed her appetite and she lost some weight as well. Would recommend giving it a try

I honestly don’t know if it’s working to lower my blood sugar yet. I’m just really pleased that I had no stomach pain because I’m sensitive to many supplements & prescription meds.

I took this product easy to swallow. After like 2 months of taking saw results of losing weight like 5 or so lbs what I liked is that it did help me have belly. After a few months take break because it can give you stomach pain.

This is a good berberine supplement. I’ve tried some others but come back to this one.
