It has the imac which is the monitor with computer all in one and wireless keyboard and mouse. It also had power cable and I think charging cable for the wireless keyboard and mouse.

Comes with the original apple box ?

I’m not sure if it’s the ‘original’ box, but it comes in an Apple iMac box with all of the supporting styrofoam blocks. The box was nice and clean and looked new.

What operating system, Big Sur or Monterey?

You can update it to the latest operating system and I think that is 12.0, Monterey

model year?? keyboard and mouse into box?

Mine was from 2019 and had the keyboard and mouse included.
