Great value for the price. Quality Recertified was very responsive to questions and though I had an issue with the DVDRW they are sending a replacement with absolutely no hassles. Did not buy the computer for gaming but plenty of room to add gaming components. This company has been ideal to work with. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 on the product only because of the DVDRW issue which could have been caused in shipping.

So I was thinking a refurbished PC was one that someone got, and didn't like it and returned it, then someone inspected it and put it back up for sale. I didn't think it was for a PC that was made over 10 years ago!! Look at the motherboard it was made in 2009!. Also I think this computer has been in a home or workplace and used for those 10 years, because it has smoke damage. I rubbed my hands on the inside of the lid, and you can see the marks it made. I ran my finger over the CMOS battery and see the mark when my finger cleaned the surface.The old spinning hard drive was replaced with an SSD, but the 25cent plastic holder for the drive was malformed, so it barely keep the drive from flopping around. I guess that is why the seller decided to use tape to hold the drive in place.On the plus side I put my own drives and drive controller into it, and I'm running UNRAID server on it, and it is working for what I had intended.

BUT, purchasing refurbished computers is a gamble. That said, this seller was extremely responsive and issued the refund promptly when they received the computer back. I was prepared for an arm wrestle after reading reviews of other tech sellers, but rest assured your purchase with this seller will be either right...or made right speedily. I would definitely try them again.

This pc worked good for 3 months. Then it died and i reached out to seller and they said to bad due to being a week out of warranty. Tech support said they had some questions and would help but after i answered the questions never heard back from them. Do yourself a favor and buy from another seller or you will get refurbished crap and they will not support it. THEY SELL GARBAGE AND DO NOT SUPPORT PRODUCT. Worst seller i have ever dealt with.

The computer is great. Plug and play. No issues at all. I am very happy with the performance of this computer.
