Hi, As we pack with more than 1 packing facility, there are two types of seals, one induction seal, and one pressure seal, one requires a peel back and the other doesn't. So long as the honey has not leaked and the tamp[er band attached to the jar is still in tact.

Q: What umf should I get for daily use?

If using just for everyday wellbeing. I suggest using UMF 15+. If your using it to treat a condition I would suggest using UMF 20+ or UMF 24+. Take two teaspoons worth a day, one in the morning & one in the evening. That’s for any of the UMF ratings.
