I am lactose and gluten intolerant. I also suffer from IBS so try to maintain a low fodmap diet. However, sometimes it is hard to completely avoid these type of foods. When I go on vacation I want to be able to enjoy my food. These enzymes allowed me to do just that. Sometimes I would take two if a meal consist of multiple irritants. Usually one would suffice if I am just “tasting “. I will definitely keep a supply on hand.

This is the best stuff! This has definitely been a game changer since I found out about me being allergic to a number of things. I am so happy to have this. The only issue is that I need two so that makes this last only two weeks.UPDATE - They do have a larger size. The price is the issue with this product. It's great other than that.

This stuff made processing gluten easy. I have gluten sensitivity and when I take this the post nasal drips, and the gut processes worked as they are supposed to.
