Easy user friendly mobile

Camera of mobile
I don’t have words to explain the quality of camera, only can say it is pathetic, poor, disgusting etc. I have connected with their team also and they told me that they can’t do any thing as camera will provide this type of pic only. I will suggest please don’t buy Redmi Note 14 mobile it is totally wastage of money and they are fooling by saying it is 50mp camera; however my old mobile provide better pic. I am going to request to Amazon also please don’t keep these type of low standard product which are costing so much. I am never going to buy electronic product from Amazon because if quality of product is not good u can’t return it and ur hard earned money will go to waste and will suggest my family and friends also not to buy electronic product from Amazon.

Below average phone.
Slow processing. Below average camera. Heating issues.Display, looks are good. Sound is fine. Average battery life on normal use. Not for multi tasking.

Exchange of old phone denied.
Very bad experience!1) Selling product with high price.2) Denied old phone exchange because of some silly reason which were not mentioned.3) Playing a strategy to sell the product, anyhow if customer deny to purchase new product because of exchange old phone denied by you, customers only pay again about collection/delivery agent charges.4) New phone is good, no issues. If any, I will lodge q complaints.Please stop harassing innocent customers, they may change you anytime.
