Will this fit a fender jaguar originally with 2 single coils?

I put this pickup in the bridge position of my fender strat and it fits just fine, they are the same size as a normal single coil pickup. hope this helps... (see image attached)

Is this for Strat only? Could it be put on a Telecaster?

It is for bridge position on a strat. Telecaster has a 3 point mount so will not be suitable.

Is it a good fit and good upgrade for aria/pignose pgg-200/pgg-259 guitar?

Hi sorry I have no idea about the model of guitar you are talking about. However Seymour Duncan are replacement pickups for people who want an upgrade - so they are very good pickups. The Hot Rails is quite a powerful pickup which will give you quite a bit of distortion if required.
