Reduced my inflammation

This is very strong . I would start with one tablet. It definitely helped reduce the inflammation that I have. I have a serverly broken elbow I'm recovering from. I am able to completely close my hand with in 10 mintues of getting up instead of an hour and a half waiting for inflammation to go down. Will reorder.

Dramatically Improved Frozen Shoulder Range!!

So I took this product for two months and the range in my frozen shoulder changed dramatically! I came off of it, for finanical reasons and the range of my shoulder decreased back to where it was. This product really helps take away inflamation!!!
