I’ve not tried zoom specifically but I wouldn’t see why not. You can use various browsers on it. It has camera and sound

Does this have problems with the Wi-Fi connection? My old laptop has, that is why I am replacing it.

Sometimes you have to be in the same room as the router to connect to WiFi. I often connect it near the router then go where I want to in the house and it stays connected most times. Good laptop though, fast speed and nice to use.
