Is this producty beta carotine free?

The first line in the product description states "beta-carotene free"

Ocuvite is another eye vitamin and mineral supplement from PreserVision's manufacturer, Bausch & Lomb. I believe it's lower-priced than PreserVision, if budget is a concern. Ocuvite is available in several varieties, including a version for adults age 50 and over with lutein, zeaxanthin and omega-3; Lutein-25 with lutein and zeaxanthin; and lutein only. A fruit-flavored gummy version of the lutein and zeaxathin variety is also available; the other varieties are softgels.

I finish the bottle before the expiration date.

Is floraglo lutein in this supplement?

Seems usable for general eye health for seniors and not just for AMD

Product could use larger print on the bottle as to when to take servings. Gels iinside with oblong shapes are easy enough size to swallow. Too soon to know if effective and for what. Because of product specs and fact that a unique form of the most important combo is used, this product seems to be ok to help prevent cataracts and not just AMD. Many seniors in USA are deficient in copper and other minerals given in the product in amounts that for most people are safe.
