Yes, you can make sea glass in our tumbler. Please keep in mind you won't want to use anything less than 1/4" thick, as it will just crumble and not tumble.

Does it come with a rock tumbler machine

No, our Mega Refill kit does not include a rock tumbler. Our tumbler is sold separately.
