Lovely soft pencil
I use this to tightline my upper lashes when I want a slightly more obvious/dramatic look. Nothing ott, but for a redhead with clear/blonde lashes, this is just enough. Good longevity and really easy to apply (not much pressure needed). Would recommend!

No return on broken product, unacceptable!
Product was broken. Unable to use. I understand the "No return policy" as it is a case of hygiene. But in my book unacceptable if product is not in working order. One should at the very least be given a replacement.
