Nice iron but it stopped working in 3 months. The iron gets extremely hot and the knobs do as well. Great steam but can burn you if you aren't careful. Be extremely careful when using this iron.

I’ve had three of these gravity feed irons overtime and I will always buy them again and again. Typically in a three year. There is no clogging., needs very cleaning so long as you replace the filter

professional tailor here...... absolutely a must for anyone who does any sewing or wants their clothes to look neat and pressed. Nothing like a steady stream of high pressure steam with the push of a button. Love the fact that the water container will hold a gallon of water and not having to refill a small resivoir like you find in a standard iron. Here's a hint: instead of attaching a hook to my ceiling to suspend the water tank from, I purchased an inexpensive IV stand that has adjustable height.

I love this iron but at the same time I hate it I bought it March 28,2024 then about a week later it quit on my so got a replacement then I think July 19, 2025 it quit on me so order replacement just got in pressing is great and the steam is great too but the handle get really hot and I have a permanent sensitive shot on the palm of my hand in line with my pinky I’m a professional bridal seamstress and this is the only one that works for me and I’m having a love hate relationship with it I started paying for insurance through Amazon monthly just for this iron I have ordered many through others this on heats quick get the steam out with out spitting and presses on the first pass if not definitely the second pass so please fix the hot handle and it crappying out all the time I love this iron but I can’t keep doing this nor do I have the funds to keep replacing it or buy a second one for a back up

I love love this iron. I bought it because even the $300 not going to mention the brand name steam iron (steam station rather) I bought Still Spit Water Spots on clothing right as I would be done & ready to put the iron away. This has (knock on wood) not done that even once! No irritating water spitting. (pet peave w/irons). The only down side is that the controls & handles get really hot. I basically set the dial, turn it on, use it after maybe 5 to 8 minutes of warm up....then I unplug it. I'm a home sewist so I don't need to leave it on for the entire day. On the one occasion when I left it on for maybe 2 hours? (One of the things gravity feeds are meant to do well is allow you to leave it on all day if need be.) the handle gets very hot and the dials get too hot to touch. I've seen some reviewers mentioning making crocheted or knitted covers for the handles but I think I'd worry that those might melt or catch fire depending on what fiber you use. Instead, I'd recommend keeping a pot holder near the unit if you are going to leave it on for an extended period. I'm still giving it four stars though because I thought the price was great for a non water spitting iron (my first!)

I work with formal wear, wedding dresses and alter clothing for people. I’ve had super expensive ironing systems with a boiler but they aren’t better this Iron is more compact and works just as well. I purchased a second for my business. It comes with everything you need except water. My husband installed a hook in the ceiling above my ironing board. Be sure to use distilled water.

This unit appeared to be used and broken and shipped to me and it was a while before I used it so I didn’t know it at the time so I wasn’t able to return it, but to this day is still does not steam properly. This is one of the reasons I don’t like ordering this type of equipment or anything at this price point online because if there’s something in stock that’s not 100% perfect the seller will try to get rid of it to whoever they can and they don’t even care. Not saying that was what this client did but I’m stuck with this equipment and I’m very unhappy with it.

What I was looking for long time , used it liked it hope it's keep working well Need to be fixed in one place , 1st time user follow the instructions.

Endless supply of steam in any position. Heavy enough for use in garment construction.
