I used it as a lever to split up a large outdoor spa bath after cutting up for disposal. Great for its main design purpose of deep fence post hole digging. Great as a lever for paving slabs too. Wish I had bought this excellent tool years ago!

Should of bought this ages ago excellent for digging narrow deep holes for posts

A very useful heavy bar that makes mincemeat a breaking up concrete for posts, or trying to uproot a heavily grown shrub a must, and saved my back a lot

Like a large wood chisel able to break up rotten posts to allow the new fence post to be fitted

Have purchased a number of digging bars over the years but this is by far the best. Great a breaking and digging out tree roots / stumps, whole is also very effective at breaking through concrete without damaging or bending the bar. We'll made bit of kit that will last for many years going forward.

Decent size, weighty, well made and a seeming impervious to damage. I also like the mushroom end of this vs the alternative spiked versions. While getting accidentally caught from either will hurt like hell, perhaps this is slightly less lethal with the mushroom end vs a spike which could be nasty.Primarily used to break up / chip away at concrete, cement and bricks while digging post holes which is did an excellent job of. After several holes and some pretty rough treatment it only superficial scratches and whatnot.

Excellent item. Creates a lot of impact because of the weight and the fair sized chisel blade but not for the feint hearted as it requires strength to use.
