I bought this as a gift for a friend of mine who is insane for Sriracha. I ordered it and it arrived in a little sealed yellow envelope. Sadly, when I opened it half the bag spilled on the floor. I accidentally got a bag that missed being heat sealed and the ziploc part opened during shipping. I contacted the seller and I got almost an immediate response saying they would replace and mail it again via a faster shipping speed. I got the next one within 2 days in perfect condition. So, all in all, a small mistake but excellent customer service in fixing it right away.
