is it good (recognized by) for T430?

The T430 I own did not recognize this battery.

This battery is showing only 67% charge in my laptop. Do others show 100% charge as I would expect? The second on won't charge at all. 0%. :(

I purchased this battery a couple months back. It reads the "100%" when fully charged as you would expect. Battery will last 2-3 hrs of use without being plugged in and charged -- may be a little less than original battery, but works.
