I was actually really excited for this phone right here, cause i’ve been having a iPhone 6s for at least 5 to 6 years, at my sophomore year of high school. I was like it’s time for me to get a upgrade cause i’ve been having that phone for years now, and it kept cutting off on me each time i took it off the charger (iPhone 6s btw). But anyways, i was excited but nervous at the same time because i was worried that it may have scratches, or it’s not gonna work properly, but once it was delivered that Thursday morning, i was super amazed. It looks so brand new like it just came out of an original iPhone box. It works perfectly, the storage is on point, no scratches, very smooth performance, and everything. I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you Amazon!!

Rating no stars! Not one! as I had problem after problem from the start. The phone came with a “scratch” across the bottoms corner and camera. The phone did not come with original box nor charger and upon arrival the box was squished and the phone had only been wrapped with one layer of bubble wrap. The top of the screen popped in and out also. So you had to click the glass into place to touch up there from the start. The phone would not hold a charge and would not connect to Bluetooth although all my other iPhones have been fine. While using the phone, the phone froze on a notification and would not let me confirm it. The phone wouldn’t even restart! I had to let the phone die to restart and use again. I reached out to the company who said I could return it. As I was packaging it, I dropped the phone on CARPET and that scratch on the screen was not a scratch! It broke the screen where the scratch had been. The company denied the refund because of the crack although per their warranty it needed to be same condition. Well you called that a scratch when you sent it! Terrible terrible product for $400! Just buy new! This is obviously a scam to sell very defective phones! EDIT: After nearly a month later of Denying my return, they still have yet to send the phone back to me. So not only did they not deliver on quality at all, but now I am just out $400? AGAIN please consider buying new, I don't have a phone nor money for a phone now.

Great cell phone but for somewhat limited battery life..., and the really stupid design opposing the on/off/reset button and volume buttons - so that if you press the former you're naturally holding the phone in a way in which you'll depress the button(s) the opposite side and likely increase or turn off the volume. What are they thinking of?!

The phone is in great condition! There was only a tiny cut on the side but it's acceptable for this price. I was satisfied that the battery was at full health (ig it was expected) Overall it was a great experience

iPhone XS Max/XS probably the best iPhone design of all time! It’s absolutely beautiful and stunning and timeless. What more can you what from Apple? From a phone. I received the product and it was like new! Unlocked, little wear and tear, and works as it should. No scratches and seller advertised the item as it was on hand. 10/10 would buy again
