This is a great product, definitely worth the money to make life easy. Setting up codes is simple. I use it with my Turo business and all my guests love it. I've used other boxes and all the guests do is complain. However it does not work in anyway remotely. Unless you redefine remote to be standing there with int in your hand.

I usually don’t bother to leave a review. But this lockbox totally pissed me off! The app didn’t notice me when the battery is low, and all of sudden, the lockbox just stopped reacting. Locked me out completely. I watched their videos, it seems very easy to just buy a 9V battery and jumpstart it. However, I bought four different brands of 9V battery, and also asked a handyman to help, still no reaction!!! It’s weekend, so management company is out of office, I can’t get replacement access card and keys. Only way left is to find a emergency locksmith and get them to replace the lock, which is super expensive! And good luck with any help from igloohome. Can’t even find their customer service number, all they have is articles that offer no help!

Arrived perfectly, works reliably, no issues. My only complaint is that it is not perfectly designed for someone who's away from home a lot. Although you can issue codes remotely, you have no ability to check who's accessed it until you get back within bluetooth range. You can issue bluetooth keys remotely and the app will show access records for those remotely... However it can be tricky to get estate agents, delivery teams etc to install an app and activate their 'key' within 1 hour of it being issued. I did manage to get my cleaner to install a key after 5 attempts, and now it works well for her. The estate agents have a code they can use, and I get to check that record once every two months when I come home. I gave a one-time code to a furniture store who successfully used it to deliver a sofa; but Amazon have never managed to use their code for the same purpose (I suspect this is just a fault with the way Amazon UK delivers packages). I am generally very happy - the lock feels robust and high quality, it works very neatly, it has plenty of space and I will take it with me to my next house where I hope to use it for Airbnb. One more comment: in a South Wales cul-de-sac it does look a little unusual mounted on the front door. People often ask about it or try to use it as a doorbell!

This is my third igloo in four years. This will be the last one I will be buying for my holiday let. The concept is so fantastic, but when a lock only lasts two years and costs this much I may as well get an old school Combination for £25 from Screwfix and save myself a fortune!

Works.fine.After a few months locked out.Called Singapore but amazing customer service and sorted out within 30min.I like the fact I can what time safe is used to put the contents in and out.

Placed the lockbox on the wall near front door. Works like a dream for caregiver or family. Also life-saver if I lock myself out. Each person has their own unique code and the app lets me know what time individual accessed the lockbox. I enjoy the modern design compared to a traditional lock.

Ist aber extrem robust, sehr schwer und wertig! Mechanisch kaum zu knacken..., Einrichtung mit iphone ging problemlos, ebenso sychronisierungen und vergabe neuer Zugangscodes. Wenn man also vermietet und nicht immer vor Ort ist, ist das eine gute Lösung..., es muss aber jemand vor Ort sein, der die neuen Codes synchronisiert.
