An Unexpected Fantastic Product!! I had not real high expectations because of the price and how likely it would be to find a decent compression garment on Amazon, but this is much better than the arm garments I got after surgery that cost $85 and this covers the arms and armpits without rubbing them wound and it fits comfortable under the chest. The fabric has a high quality touch and the seams sew well done not having any uncomfortable pressure points. During the stronger swelling, I added a 4-hook extender and it was awesome. One improvement area would be if the sleeves would be available in a longer version, but other than that I'm happy and astound over this unexpected finding. Highly recommendable!!

This compression garment is A-m-a-z-i-n-g, amazing, amazing absolutely unbelieveable!!! All I can say is oh my goodness!!!! I really wasn't expecting much but I'm stunned! I took before and after pictures just to see if I would notice a difference-WOW! I sent the pictures to my sister and she's getting hers tomorrow as a rush order. If I could afford it I would buy these and give them away to my friends. It's like a girdle or support hose for your arms....genius, absolutely fabulous! I have used crutches for Cerebral Palsy for almost 40 years so my arms are very well developed in fact my left arm the top part is actually twice as big as the other side because it's my stronger arm. But now that I am middle-aged and over 55 I have bat wings the left side is twice as big as the right side. As a consequence I often have to buy my dresses one size up just to accommodate the sleeves. This garment is a game-changer. I took pictures of myself before and after I put it on and both of my arms were significantly smaller--- they looked the same size almost. It worked! The larger arm was small, it looked half the usual size or better. The smaller arm got smaller. With the garment on both arms look the same size unless you were really staring closely and you knew what they looked like before. There was no jiggle. The closure was comfortable. I got large to be sure it would fit both arms. The bigger arm was snug as I tried to put it on so I just rolled the sleeve up and then finished pulling it up properly until it was up were it needed to be, adjusted the closure hook to the first hook, positioned it comfortably on my shoulders as you would a bra or off the shoulder top and rolled the sleeves down. The sleeve edges have a nice neat lacey edge- I like that a lot. The garment feels comfortable but the fabric is sturdy not thin and cheap. I will get a lot of wear out of it. My only suggestion or request would be that it be available in a brown fabric for African American skin tones. Not sure how this would look under a light colored or sheer blouse even with the nude color. A brown garment would be better suited for brown skin and more useful when wearing light colored summer outfits. The black and nude color that you presently offer would show through and be too obvious. Also do you make anything like this for the stomach, hips, thighs and butt? If you don't ,you should. Even a long-line version of this arm compression garment since it already closes under the bottom of the bra would be good. Or a girdle type compression garment with the old style front hook closure and zipper that would come up to meet the closure of this arm garment-if that makes sense. Anyway, I never write reviews; usually if I like something I just rave about it to my sisters and friends, if I don't like something I am equally enthusiastic about sharing that information as well. But this is winner. I went on Amazon looking for a shrug to cover my big arms and this came up. So glad I read the reviews and looked at the before and after pictures. This product does what it says and more. Good job Brabic truthful advertising how refreshing!!!

I'm a 42 DDD, and purchased the 3X. The hem, which sits under the braline, is a little lose and the back a little too wide (too big), but the arm holes are a little tight. It's wearable and not too uncomfortable, but the lack of silicone lining to keep the bottom down means that it either folds over or rides up, displacing the bra. The arm holes are juuust tight enough that when I type all day-- which is my job-- my hands start to get a bit tingly due to the compression after a few hours. But if I keep my arms down more, as I do when not at work, it's not a problem. The upper arm compression is pretty fierce (I have pretty flabby arms, to be fair), but the forearm opening isn't too tight. It does what it says ans is worth the price, but it's the dream I had hoped it would be.

DO NOT BUY FOR ARM LIPO! unless you want your forearms to swell like water balloons. Very uncomfortable first few days post op. Not like the picture, it WILL scrunch up to your elbows. Im only 5'2" with short limbs and it was still too short.

I am very happy with this product. I bought 5 similar items from different manufacturers, and this one is by far the best quality and most comfortable fit. The others are all being returned because this one is the keeper! The stitching and materials are of high quality and will certainly hold up under pressure, which is important for body shapers. The band has an adjustable bra-like set of clips in the front, allowing you to get just the right fit. Sizing is spot on to the item sizing chart. There is a good amount of support and compression in the sleeves without feeling like I am wearing a brace. I have lost a lot of weight and have flappy eings of skin under my arms. I am very self conscious about it, and this support will be very helpful. When I have it on, not only does it look slimming to my upper arms, but it holds everything together to avoid any jiggling motion. The posture back support is an added benefit that will be very helpful. I like that the sleeves go down past the elbows (you can push them up higher if you want). I am very happy with this product and will look for the Brabic brand again when shopping in the future.

3rd Post op follow up review: 5 days post op with rotating this product with the garment my surgeon gave me and another garment that arrived this morning. Also ordered the 3rd garment on Amazon. I mean you need several compression garments because you’re in these 24/7 and if you’re like me you don’t want to chance any infections from drainage or anything else after sitting in these garments. I thought this one was great with the few adjustments I had to make but after receiving & wearing the 3rd garment for only a 4 hours I would hands down recommend the 3rd garment and not this one at all. First off, it’s very similar to this one however it has the built in bra. With that option there is no rolling of the clasp to cause discomfort and there is no pulling on the sleeves periodically to make sure they haven’t shifted further down your arm leaving the top area without enough compression. It also doesn’t bunch when you bend your arms like this one does. All things that weren’t a big deal & I was “dealing” with until the 3rd one arrived. The 3rd one was also ordered on Amazon & is most similar to the one from my surgeon. The third one is so much softer with the same amount of compression and a way less prominent seam down the line of your incision. Knowing what I do now I would not recommend this one. I would still recommend purchasing a few of these garments with different arm lengths, depending on where your incisions are or what you’ve had done depends on what garment will work best for you. Good luck & happy recovery! Follow up from 1st post op review: After a few more days of sleeping in this the center clasp under my bust started digging in while I was sleeping. I kept waking up with discomfort & realized the problem. I wrapped a large gauze pad around the center clasps for comfort & it was fine for the rest of the night. Just wanted to add that in case someone was trying to use this for post op for their breasts. I don’t think this is the right garment at all for any kind of breast procedure. I only need it for my arms & it’s perfect for that! Initial Post op review: After surgery on my arm I needed serious compression for all of the swelling. I ordered a few products to compare and this one was by far the most comfortable. I was worried about some of the other reviews regarding the seam down the underarm but once I put it on I pulled it a little to the right so that the seam wasn’t sitting on my incisions. I followed the measurements in the description and the fit is perfect. I’m going to order a few more now that I’ve tested it out for several days to make sure it would work.

I ordered the upper arm shaper with compression sleeves in size XXL. I am currently 5' 10" and 250 lbs with a bra size of 42C or 44B depending (small cups but need that larger band size). My measurements are 43" waist, 43" bust, 52" hips. My under bust is about 40". (I only add my measurements so you can hopefully better determine what size you should order for yourself). Over the past two years I have lost (and continue to lose) 165 lbs, and I have a huge amount of loose skin hanging off of my upper arms. I'm not ashamed of my body, but this makes it nearly impossible to dress up for weddings or in nice clothes for work. I was skeptical that this product would work, because I have bought other types of body shapers upwards of 60$ that didn't do what I wanted and this shaper is less than half that price. Also, the amount of loose skin on my arms exceeds the measurements on the size chart. Nevertheless, other reviews convinced me to try the product. I have to say, I am amazed! This shaper 100% pulls all of my loose skin up where it should be! Quite frankly, I'm not sure where it's all going, but my arms look normal again with this shaper on! It did take quite a bit of tugging and adjusting to get into fully, but once I was in it, I felt pretty comfortable and I actually wore it around the house for a couple of hours with no problems. My only problem with the shaper is that the band on the lower arm (3/4 sleeve) is a little bit tight, this creates a line on my lower arm where the shaper ends if I am wearing a long sleeve shirt. This really isn't a problem for me as I like my sleeves partially rolled up anyways and is a minor issue. It is quite possible that the full length sleeves would solve this problem, but I hesitated to order the full length sleeves because I did not want the full band going across my chest. If you are hesitating about ordering this for saggy upper arms, don't hesitate, you will not regret your purchase! I have the saggiest of upper arms, and if this shaper can hold mine in place, it will work for you.

So I was originally going to order a 3x to make sure it fit as I’ve got big arms and a big chest. But I thought to myself, maybe I’ll size down to a 2x for a more fitted look. Which I’m glad I did, it’s actually super comfortable and just feels like I’m wearing a snug long sleeve shirt, probably could have got away with a size even smaller as the material is very stretchy. I was worried that my acrylic nails were going to tear through the fabric adjusting the sleeves as well, but it’s very sturdy. Didn’t feel like it was going to tear one bit. Hooks were easy to hook together as well. Will purchase again.
