I recently purchased the Sun2Solar Blue 18 ft Round Pool Solar Cover for my above-ground pool, and it has exceeded my expectations. The cover fits perfectly, and its lightweight design makes it easy to put on and take off. Since using this cover, I've noticed a significant increase in water temperature—up to 10 degrees warmer—which has made swimming much more enjoyable. It also does a great job of keeping debris out of the pool, reducing maintenance time. While some reviews mention concerns about durability, I've found the cover to be sturdy and well-made. It has held up well through various weather conditions in my Kentucky weather, and I anticipate it will last for several seasons. Overall, this solar cover offers excellent value for the price. It's an effective and affordable solution for maintaining pool temperature and cleanliness. I highly recommend it.

I buy one of these every couple of years. They work great it unfortunately don’t last. I am still giving it 5 stars because it does make a difference in maintaining heat

This was another item I kept in my cart for a while and did some research on them because there seems to be a 1001 different solar covers for sale on Amazon! However this brand stood out to me simply bc of how many people purchased this item within the last month and then surprisingly seeing all the happy reviews helped me make my final decision! I'm also glad I purchased the solar cover roll on that they suggest to buy with the solar cover! It's definitely not needed to put the cover on and off daily but it definitely helps prevent the solar cover from rolling up in a ball and its takes less than 5 mins to get on and take off! This has done exactly what it says it will do! My pool was almost 86° without the solar cover and now 2 weeks of having the cover on daily, its almost at 96! And thats only 10 degrees warmer, it states the solar cover can warm your pool up to 15° warmer! I know most say thats too hot, but I promise you, once you feel the water you will change your mind! Not to mention the solar cover helps prevent pine needles and other debris from getting my pool all disgusting and clogging up my sand filter! I am so happy we purchased this!

We bought this for the first time four years ago. It made it through our three months pool season and it worked great. The next year it was ripping to shreds every time we touched it. This is within a couple weeks of putting it on the second year. Not even four months total use. We stored it inside during the winter. I assumed it was a fluke and we contacted the company. The warranty is 50% off the price of the first one. Assuming it was a one time issue we reordered. That winter mice are through it so once again, we ordered the same cover. It made it through one season...we are now on the second month of use and it ripped over a month ago. I contacted customer service and once again they want me to pay for half plus shipping and handling. Nope. It wasn't a fluke. This brand is trash. If it were good they would have fully replaced it within a year. Does it work? Yes. Our pool stays nice and warm. The quality sucks. Garbage bags have better durability than this piece of crap. I sent them pictures where it's coming apart in multiple spots including some of the seams. If you are buying this for one year of use then it's great but if you don't want to drop $150-200 every year then avoid this. All of our neighbors got pools during COVID and I have told them to avoid this brand because I cannot recommend something that's such poor quality. It does fit a 30 inch round pool perfectly without needing any alterations.

Purchased at the beginning of last season in the Chicago area. Stored inside for the winter. Total usage 7 months. Pros: Heats the pool up and keeps it warm through the cool nights. Water consistently 80-85 degrees all summer. Lightweight and easy to install/remove even with one person (two is much easier). Keeps the water much cleaner as debris falls in the cover instead of into the water. Cons: Definitely expect to need to replace it every season. The sun takes it's toll and the cover starts to disintegrate. After 7 months of use, plastic from the bubbles are rotting away and much plastic needs to be skimmed from the top of the pool after the cover is removed. It is now getting difficult to take off without tearing a hole in it. Definitely at the end of it's useful life. Summary: Wish it lasted more than a season but for us the pros outweigh the con. For us it is worth the price to replace every season.

This works so well at helping warm our pool. The water was cold but after a few days of sunshine this solar cover heated it up! It feels like bath water at times! It floats right on top of the water, hasn’t ripped, and is the perfect size for our 16 foot pool!

I bought this cover in May 2023. I bought a 21ft for a 22 ft round chlorine pool and it fits perfectly. It's still brand new in feel and function. It sits in direct sun all day long and holds the heat very well. It can be 79 degrees outside and the pool water will be 90 degrees inside on an above ground pool. One person can take it off and put it back on but it's easier with 2 people. I just fold it and toss it in the pool then unfold it, spread it out and I'm a short girl. I do put it in the garage when I close the pool for the season. I definitely will purchase another from this brand when this one goes.
