Fractured my right radial head, re-fractured it 3 times since then. Bought this brace in the hopes I would be returning to work, and would use for support while at work. I wear it everyday day now til my surgery. Little difficult to get on by yourself with one arm. If someone helps it works out better! Super comfortable!

I have nerve damage on left side of body I have no triceps muscle I do Martial Arts and when trying to block or I get hit in the arm it has no shock absorber an it bottle out hurting my elbow. This brace greatly helps with this issue

After my doctor told me the cartilage in my elbow was gone he told me of this product. I've been using it at work an when I go out. My arm feels much better now. I control how much I want to move my elbow with the straps. At first it seemed bulky but the way it makes my arm feel its well worth it. No more popping or cracking. A++ just wish I had the money for another one.

I am a martial arts instructor and get banged up often. I needed a heavier duty solution for an elbow injury.This was pretty bulky, but it definitely worked. Great support quality material. Helped me tremendously through my healing process.I'd say it runs true to size. My body type is thin so it was a little bit loose.

I have a severe elbow issue (more than just tennis elbow, possible UCL tear). I tried other braces but they just didn’t provide the support needed. The pain has kept me from playing tennis or golf.This works where others have failed. On the tennis court, this brace successfully prevents my elbow from hyperextending on backhands, forehands and serves. I am once again able to play tennis. It did alter a few things. With a slightly bent arm, my forehand was going low and left. I had to adjust high and right. On the backhand however, the extra support helps significantly.This also helped me with golf, where I was feeling pain at the bottom of the swing. This brace helped that. I once again had to make a few adjustments, wearing my grip a little because I was pulling the ball.I am thrilled that I can once again play tennis and golf.Sizing is an issue for me as I have short arms and a big forearm. I went with medium, which is a little tight, but a large would be too long. A little tight is better than to long.I like the metal support bars. They are what prevent the hyperextension. As I heal, I may try taking them out. TBD

Great brace but doesn’t stay where it needs too also it was not made for short arms.
