Great!! Worth it!!!
I've bought these replacements a few times over the years. The diaphragm is not as sturdy as the original in terms of tight fit and staying on so it will fall off from time to time but it is not a daily occurrence and it means you can keep using your expensive stethoscope working well which is great! 🩺 Sound quality is about the same as with the original and the ear pieces get hard after a while so it helps to replace them.
