Box intact but boards dented
The boards arrived in a box which was intact and marked fragile, but all 10 boards were dented on two corners and all 10 had a large dent in the side which could not have been caused while in the box. I'm giving it a 2 because I can still use the boards, but instead of getting four 16 X 20 boards from each sheet I can only get 2, which means they cost twice as much.
