Labrada Carb Watchers Lean Body Vanilla Ice Cream 2.29oz packets (pack of 42)

While I greatly prefer the chocolate flavored Lean Body packets, all of the flavors are pretty good, and overall, I've found the flavor of all other brands of meal replacements and protein powders lacking. This has all the right ingredients, with a great ratio of protein (40+ grams) to carbs and fat - and it's a quality company. I have a shake - typically mixed with 10oz of water (I add creatine and glutamine to the mix as well) - every morning for my breakfast on the way to work (it mixes easily in a shaker). Despite the relatively high price of both box sizes of packets (why can't they offer this loose in a big tub with a scooper?), I wholeheartedly recommend the product.

Lee Labrada is the man, been using his supps for many years. 20 years ago every supplement company had their own MRP. Fast forward to now, Labrada is one of the very few that make MRPs but this will always be the best one. So convenient, I just rip a pack open, toss in my vitamix with 10 ounces of cold water, blend for 10 seconds on the lowest setting and perfection. Even with water this makes a thick shake. The only thing I add is creatine to mine. I heard other people adding bananas or other fruit or make it with milk. Kinda defeats the purpose of this low carb shake. Throwing extra stuff in the shake will affect the nutrition. Creatine has no carbs or calories so it fits my low carb life perfectly. As for the taste, imagine cold melted vanilla ice cream. After many years I can not get tired of the taste. Keep it simple with water. This shake will be thick but not too thick.

Pricey but tastes great. You'll need scissors to open the packets; even if your life depended on it you won't get it open with your hands.

Delicious in every flavor so far. Texture is much better than many brand competitors.

I've been using this for years. Chocolate's my favorite but vanilla's great too. I like to mix it with unsweetened Cashew or Almond milk to make it extra thick.

I have had these for years. Mix with skim milk and a banana. Last box most of the packets were leaking. One had a one inch gap at the top. The product all over the box and the other packets. A few small black bugs in the box. The box was not smashed. Must have been packaged wrong. Ordered a replacement to see if any better. Replacement received! Excellent condition

I’ve been using labrada products for over 25 years. Love this protein powder. I usually buy enough to last me the year when I purchase it. Love love love their product.

Great product. Easy to use. Helps to reduce fat. I always take it with me.
