and I really like them. I do wish they came in half ...
I just received my Reversiflips yesterday, and I really like them. I do wish they came in half sizes. My feet are wide with a high instep, so I had to go with a 7 to fit the width, but the shoes are a little long on both ends. I wore them for a few hours and am pleased. The arch support certainly helps. I also purchased a package of the extra straps (the plaid/fishtail), and they scream spring and summer - such fun! I did not have trouble with the straps (size 7) being loose as others have mentioned, but again, I do have a high instep. I found the straps to be easy to switch following the instructions on the package. I hope to see navy straps available soon though I won't be paying $20 for a package of straps. $6 is reasonable.I feel like I need to update this. I bought a second set of straps in the herringbone pattern. They were actually looser than the original straps in the size 7. I think there must be some fluctuation in sizes among the patterns. I do like the looser fit.

So comfy!!
If you aren't used to Chaco's or flip flops with support it will take a few wears to get used to them. Stick it out bc they are amazing!! Living in Florida, I wear flip flops 95% of the year! My first pair of Chacos I had for over 4 years and felt it was time to replace them only after one of the straps just recently started to wear. If I would have had these reversible ones then I would have only had to replace the strap. The soles of the shoes are still on excellent condition (and I wear them to the beach, chase 2 kids around at the park in them, and literally wear them all day almost every day). They are very comfortable and unlike almost all other flip flops, they have support.. So u can actually walk around in them all day and your feet don't hurt! U do have to wear them a few times to get used to having the support but after that.. U will love them! I can't speak highly enough about these. I bought the straps in a size smaller since people say they ran big. They are a tad snug but still comfy and I know will stretch out a little over time!

A bit dissapointed
Love the shoe quality and design, a typical Chaco. Love the concept of the strap changes so you have multiple options. The straps however are a nightmare. Takes me about 30 minutes to change them out and I have to literally push and pull using a needle nose pliers which will eventually ruin the plastic on the straps I'm sure. Chaco wasn't really any help as they refer you to a video on their website. The video is very quick and shows how changing the straps is a piece of cake. Not true for me. I don't live close to a chaco dealer either so I guess I am stuck with this situation. It's a shame, spent what I consider a good amount of money for a pair of flip flops.

Good support/poor cushion
I'm not sure how I feel about these sandals yet. I want to love them and they feel decent when wearing them...but they are a hard, plastic sole. Nothing flexible or cushioned at all. I was looking for something good for support and impact to relieve leg and back pain. These have great support...but zero cushion. They aren't uncomfortable exactly but I'm not sure how they'd do after a day on my feet.If you are only looking for good arch support, these should be great and I love that the tops can be exchanged for different looks. If you want something cushioned for less impact, these may not be the best choice.

I love the chaco flip sandals and decided to give these ...
I love the chaco flip sandals and decided to give these a try since they were on sale. The black straps that come with the shoes are not that comfortable. I bought the cheetah webbing in same size as shoe and they were much better. Changing the straps wasn't too hard. The reversiflips are comfortable, but I think regular flip is more comfortable for walking a lot. If what you really want is a black flip I would go with the flip ecotread. If you want different colored straps then these are okay.

Durable Customizable Flip Flops
These run a full size large. I usually wear a US Women's 6. I had to get these in a 5 and they fit perfectly. They run long. The straps aren't the easiest to change, but it's still possible to do it. Honestly, I don't think that the sandals would be nearly as durable and stable if the straps were extremely easy to change. They look great, fit great, are super comfortable, and I love the fact that I can change the straps on my shoes (so I can have 5+ "different" pairs of sandals (with 1 pack of extra straps) but only take up the space of one pair of shoes). If you're not used to having a lot of arch support, these could take time to break in.

Sturdy soles, cheap straps
I avoid flip flops because I prefer to wear shoes that stay on my feet. Crocs huarache flip flops with their multiple straps are a happy exception, and I own a pair in almost every color. Pleased with the foot-friendly contouring and arch support of Chaco sandals, I decided to try two styles of flips, Reversiflip and Hip Thongs. The latter have elastic crisscrossing straps that hold the flips on the feet and very supportive Ecotread soles that align the feet properly. Reversiflips soles have less contouring and worse yet, the single straps are inadequate in securing the heavy soles to the feet. Along with the cute, colorful straps I bought, these sandals are being returned to sender. If you're looking for sturdy flips that don't flop, avoid these and get a pair of Hip Thongs instead.

Love these
I love Chaco flips, and these are no exception. My previous pair were several years old, so they were very comfy. For these, I bought the straps a size smaller than the shoe (as recommended by other reviewers), so I'm still in the process of breaking them in. I'm glad I bought the straps a size smaller, though. Once the weather warms up here, I'll be wearing these all the time.
