A Decent Foam Weapon
The paint wears off after a while but what do you expect from a FOAM WEAPON? Also, as I know, unlike people who give these items one or three stars, don't go whacking things and people with it. It's FOAM handled with a hard plastic blade. It's NOT a real sword. Regardless of that, if you're like me and don't favor slicing yourself with a real blade and paying thousands of dollars for medical repair, this really is a awesome product that has been holding well together for me since I got it.I have whacked the wall a few times while spinning the item around. We all make mistakes. Despite that, the blade is still as straight/firm as ever! The handle's paint job has begun to fade/rub away from the friction in my hand. Honestly though, this has been surprisingly good for a foam weapon. It still looks half decent too for a toy blade, ha ha.

Good sword i can actually whack friends with :3
Looks very nice, and the foam is not floppy, and more hard, but still foam be careful. Perfect length and dimensions, but you probably shouldn't whack anything Super hard. This goes with my crusader costume and fits good in my sword frog. Doesn't feel cheap at all, you should get this. I also like the variety, a variety i wish every amazon product should have.

incorrect product info! But still awesome.
cons, first of all the blade was way to chrome, and the hand guard was thinner and longer than in the picture. The piece that goes from the hand guard to the blade is to short, and it didn't have the Celtic markings.Good things, the sword is go quality and well, it looks like a claymore, so that's a plus ๐. It has a nice weight and feels good in the hand. So over all I think that it's worth it, the sword is good quality and inexpensive and I'm just the guy that got a slightly different model.

Nice but no quality control.
When I first received this item, I was amazed on the detail of the foam sword. As I held it in my hand I heard a creaking plastic wine coming from the mid sword. I also noticed large pieces of paint missing from the hand guard of the sword, with a large gaping hole on the inside near where the blade meets the handle. It is an impressive foam sword, best I have seen, but who ever checks quality control is blind. I would have returned it, but it is near Halloween and I do not know if they could send me another in time. It is also obvious this is not a sword for playing around with, like I said before it creaked the first time I held it, so you have to be careful with this foam sword.

Great looking Foam Sword!
This sword looks really good. It was used for several hours of sword fighting and help up great. You can definitely see dents close up after it has been in choreographed fights. It is easy to bend the tip of the sword if not careful. It held up well for a foam sword. It reflects sunlight really well and looks really good in pictures.

Cheap
Super, super cheap.

Higher quality than I expected
The brown around the handle starts to wear off with heat/friction over time. But this foam sword is hearty and surprisingly convincing. Security at the RenFest thought it was real until they felt it.

Not impressed and Underwhelmed
I mean I guess it looks cool. Quality was terrible, itโs flimsy, and broke the day I got it
