Classic King Size Folding Adirondack Chair (Antique Mahogany)

The end result and product is exactly what we were looking for. The chairs are comfortable and were easy to assemble. The tables are sturdy and the size we were looking for.The process to get all pieces in was terrible. The initial time estimate of 8-12 weeks was a gross underestimate, and curiously after that time period Amazon had changed the status to "on the way", but no shipping info or anything was ever active.The seller was always responsive when trying to get updates, but at the same time, it was always "next batch" or "a few more weeks out".When the pieces did start showing up (one item every few days) the boxes were badly damaged / opened, but luckily all the pieces and hardware were still there and nothing inside was damaged.All told, the last 2 pieces arrived, and the order fully completed nearly 6 months after the initial purchase date. So if you can stomach the uncertainty (which I felt I was somewhat prepared for from other reviews), your patience will be rewarded.If order fulfillment date was more deterministic / accurate, would easily be a full 5 star here

Unbelievably durable and reliable. You do have to assemble them but it doesn’t take that much. The company is outstanding. They were shut down a lot due to Covid and they still managed to push out their product. They offered customers major discounts for the delays. Made me come back to them and buy again because they were more than fair with me. The chairs are incredible and they match really well with the tables as you can see from my fire pit. We did not even bring them in kept them out all winter and this spring they look like they were put there brand new! Spilled a bunch of stuff on them, beer and wine included, and they wiped right up. Squirrels dropped acorn after acorn, cleaned right up. Nasty snow storms, hail, and dreaded rainfall. Look like new and perfect! Can fall asleep in them. Relaxing reading a book has never been so fun. Tables are beyond awesome. Durable and reliable. And they give you another tray beneath the table to enjoy dinners on. Excellent excellent company and product.

I have only had these for a month, but have been pleased with the sturdiness and comfort of the chairs. We purchased two and may pick up 1-2 more for our dock. They were relatively easy to put together and feel sturdy. I will update my review after a year to let you know how they hold up in the elements. Ours are in direct sun for a good chunk of the day, and I plan to leave them out year round. These are not the least expensive chairs out there, but if they hold up as advertised, they are worth it. The only issue we had was with the backs on the chairs. When the chairs arrived, the backs were damaged. I contacted Duraweather and Neal responded within a day and asked for pics of the damage. Once I sent those, he responded that they would be sending new backs that day. We received them and are very happy with our purchase and the customer support. I have recommended them to neighbors.

EDIT 2: The parts finally came but honestly its too little, too late. If I didn't source the replacement bolt myself and pay like 10 dollars for it I would have been down a chair all summer. I was hoping to be treated with priority as I had already waited a long while to receive the product.EDIT: I'm dropping this to two stars because after waiting 2 months since delivery they still haven't sent replacement parts for my damaged order.A bit of a disclaimer before I get to the review. I ordered 5 of these mid June during COVID times. They claimed they would arrive in a couple weeks but this was false. A hold up in manufacturing delayed them significantly and they didn't tell me until I reached out to them. They arrived mid August with a couple issues. I was short one of the bolts to assemble them and one of the back slats was loose. They quickly offered a replacement which I am waiting on now. On to the chairs themselves...The faux wood grain pattern looks great as a durable long lasting alternative to wood. The back of the seat contours your back well and is very comfortable. As with most Adirondack chairs, they are hard to get out of due to their reclining nature. Sometimes when you push yourself out the back of the chair lifts a bit due to the folding feature of the chair. The assembly was very easy for me to do solo but I also have lots of experience assembling IKEA and other various furniture. The chairs come in 5 pre-assembled pieces so its not like every board is hand assembled by you. After the long wait and minor issues I am still happy with my purchase. I look forward to enjoying these for years to come.

I ordered one of these Adirondack chairs in April. It arrived promptly and we absolutely love this product...the chair is beautiful. It is sturdy, comfortable, well-constructed, easy to assemble and the color is perfect. We decided to order 5 more chairs for our backyard. The 5 additional chairs did not arrive on the date expected and I was unable to track the package. However, quickly after leaving a message for the seller I received a phone call back from the company owner explaining that due to the COVID pandemic they were behind on their orders. I was reassured that the chairs will be shipped to me ASAP. I very much appreciated the communication from the seller/owner and I was relieved to know that my order is underway. Thank you for your prompt response; I look forward to receiving my chairs and I will be making additional purchases from this "Made in the USA" company in the future as the workmanship is superior and the customer service was reliable and responsive.
