This product is firm and a good height and size i got this for my daughters birthday and i honestly have to get another one for my son they really love it and it keeps them busy. It has two sides one for chalk and the other side for pen it does come with a remover to wipe the board which leaves no streaks or mess. Really happy with this purchase

Grandaughter loves it but the plastic screws holding it together regularly fall off

I ordered this for my 2 year old daughters birthday present. She loves it! It's really helping her with learning shapes and alphabet as well. It's fun to write or draw them and get her to tell us what they are. It's been a positive addition to our home, and it keeps her busy! From this board and pens she has learned better control. At first it was long straight lines, then big circular shapes, And currently, tiny circular patterns. So yes, it is helping. The pens that come with the board are okay, but not brilliant. They will dry out quickly if lids are left off. Aside from that, the board is good quality, and easy to put together. Pen lids are magnetic as well, so stick them to the board when not in use and you won't lose them. Overall I can recommend this product.
