Same company same product but different packaging. I doubt one of them is duplicate.

I have been using this product, Nature's Bounty Milk Thistle, for YEARS!!! I enjoy my 2 glasses of wine in the evening with dinner. About 10 years ago I was informed I had a fatty liver. So IMMEDIATELY I begin taking this product. 10 years later the doc checked my liver and I had minimal fat in my liver. In my younger years I did abuse my liver with regular partying. I only took 1 supplement a day but I am about to kick it up to 2 supplements a day. Wow, this product WORKS!! Rachel
