This screen is legit
I have to admit I was a little skeptical about this screen. I'm an AV nerd and have learned the hard way that you usually get what you pay for. Since it was only ~$200, I assumed that the quality would be flimsy, the blower would be too loud, the screen wouldn't be as big as advertised, etc. This screen is legit. It looked great and was well-built for the cost. This is obviously not a commercial screen so I wouldn't plan on it lasting forever, but it exceeded my expectations significantly. I was a little concerned that a screen of that size would need a brighter projector than we have. We ran a 3300 lumen projector, and it as bright enough to see well about 15 minutes before dark (not sunset, actual dark). By the time it was fully dark, the picture was great. The blower was quieter than expected and, since it sits behind the screen, you don't really notice it all that much. That said, you will need some speakers with a little kick because you have to sit further away from a screen this size. We had our chairs about 15 feet further back than we'd normally sit with our old 120" screen. You're not going to be able to run this with a tiny bluetooth speaker or computer speakers or whatever unless they are right in front of you. You'll either need powered speakers (like a plug-in boombox or, better yet, an old shelf system you've got in the basement) or a heavy duty battery powered speaker. Although we didn't use it for movie night, we've got a 150 watt Monster Rockin' Roller that would have done the trick, so I'd use something like that. I think you can get that speaker at Sam's Club right now for ~$120. The initial setup was a little bit of a pain, only because it's a huge screen that you have to velcro to the inflated frame. We tried to do it before blowing up the screen, but it was too hard to alight everything correctly. We ended up blowing the frame up, and then I used a 6-foot ladder to velcro the screen on. Takedown was super simple, we just deflated it, folded it up, and stored it in a tub. I'd recommend against trying to fit it back in the bag it came in - that appears to be a one-way ticket out, not a roundtripper. Finally, it's as large as advertised. We set it up on our driveway and tied it down to weights. You'll need to do that because it's like a giant sail catching wind. For purposes of comparison, it was about as wide as our 2-car garage, and about 5 or 6 feet taller than the top of the garage. I've attached a picture of it with my 12-year-old son for comparison. Long story short, it's legit and worth the purchase. Strong recommend from an AV nerd.

Rear projection things to know
I spent 30+ hours of researching on the internet and shopping to find the best backyard movie setup for my family this summer with my budget. I bought the Yaber Y31 projector and Khomo Gear 20ft inflatable screen. By the way if your wondering if a $200 projector would provide a clear enough picture for this 20ft screen, it does! I got the screen because rear projection worked best for where I was going to use it and sounded like the best option since all the wires would be hidden behind the screen. I do have to say that rear projection seems the best choice after watching two movie nights with it setup this way. This screen is awesome and is worth it but there is one negative I have to point out. When using rear projection with this screen (and probably with all rear projection screens) you will be able to see the bright light of the projector bulb through the screen which shows up like a little softball size sun that can be very annoying and distracting from your movie. The good news is that I found a solution. If you setup your projector very low, I mean no more than 5 inches off the ground and angle it up at the screen you will not see the projector bulb. It will be low enough to be hidden behind the base of the screen (the big black tubing part). So if you plan on using a tripod or stand for your projector keep that it mind. I would recommend a very small adjustable stand that stays very low to the ground. I also recommend using a bluray player with both an hdmi port and the yellow, red, white rca out ports on it. Running the hdmi into your projector while being able to run your audio from the red and white (yellow is not used) ports into your external audio speakers is the best option. For high quality movie sound to impress your guests I also recommend getting PA powered speakers but make sure they are not active and not passive. I hope this review helps someone by saving them time it took me to decide on my purchases and setup.

Huge, lightweight, easy setup in 5 mins, packs small, and great price—perfect for outdoor movies!
I purchased the Khomo Gear 20-Foot Outdoor Projector Screen for use at the Menlo Park Memorial Veterans Home in New Jersey, where it’s perfect for "Drive-In" movie nights with a laptop, projector, and streaming services (not included). The screen is impressively large—much bigger than I anticipated—but lightweight and incredibly easy to set up. After attaching the screen (make sure it’s aligned properly to avoid pulls), setup or takedown takes less than five minutes. Once deflated, it fits compactly in its carrying case for easy storage. Paired with popcorn and external speakers, it gives the veterans an authentic movie theater experience. Highly recommend!

Nice screen for the price
We really enjoy using the screen, but it could be better. That’s why only 4 stars. I wish it had arrived with the screen already attached, since I’m short, and attaching it was difficult. The plus to a removable screen is that you can wash or replace it. Once together, putting up is a breeze for 2 people. One could do it though. The motor is not loud. I don’t get what other reviewers are talking about. Take down is where the problems come. The zipper to release air is in the center of the back bottom. Both front tubes have to go down and back to get there. We unzipped and turned off the fan, then we let it deflate on its on, while we did cleanup. Once done, we folded the front tubes on top of each other, tucking in the screen, then we set the back tube on top of them. I then rolled from the end up to the zipper. My husband pushed as much air out as he could. He then rolled up his side as much as possible. We placed in the back of my car to finish the next day. Takes a long time. Now, if they had put the zipper at one end, or even both ends, take down could have been a breeze. The next day, I finished deflating, and barely got it to fit it the bag. The ad says that there are 6 twelve foot ropes. That is not true. There are 2 twelve foot and 4 maybe five foot. The stakes are not any good. I used 8 inch tent nails for travel, but bought permanent spiral ground anchors for home. I also bought a very large tarp to put under it to protect. The put fabric loops to attach ropes to. I wish they had put D loops. I attached carabiners to make setup easier. I also tied sliding knots to make the ropes easily adjustable. Over all, we are very pleased, but if we have to replace, I will definitely be taking these things into consideration.

Great quality, great picture, GREAT SIZE!! HOLY BIGSCREENS BATMAN!!!
Honestly even though I read the specs about how big this was, I wasn't expecting it to be so MASSIVE! It's amazing how big this is, and it works great with both rear projection (picture shown is rear projection) and front projection. The fan is pretty quiet. Since we use this outdoors, its noise is negligible in contrast to the regular outdoor noises (road noise, wind, planes, etc) and becomes unnoticeable. Definitely recommend using screen in partnership with a nice sound system for best audio clarity. We're using this for outdoor drive in events at our church and it seems study enough that it will last us a nice long time as long as we take good care of it. It folds down pretty small to about the size of a sleeping bag, so it doesn't take up much storage room. The bag it comes with is definitely not big enough to fit it in, so I recommend using a large storage bag from a sleeping bag or a duffel to store it. GREAT deal for the price!! Very happy with this.

Easy to use but wind is a problem as expected.
This product is exactly as described. Sets up in seconds and is very easy to inflate. Can take a minute to figure out what is the top and sides but not a hitch at all. Screen attaches easily with ladder after inflated. Blower does create some noise however with a normal outdoor sound system and average volume this is not an issue. Quiet spots in movies may notice depending on proximity. Wind can be a problem as the screen is real stretchy and will balloon even if you stake out the frame. This make it very easy to install and keeps out the wrinkles so worth it. We had absolutely no stains or marks in the white screen and it comes with its own separate bag. Put the whole thing in a 27 gallon tote. So much fun and after about 20 uses seams are holding up fine. Works with front and rear projection but some over shine will come through from the bulb. Mechanical one way screens will reflect better but try setting up a 20ft diagonal one of those in the back yard. Complete satisfied with purchase.

Size does matter!!
We got this for our weekly neighborhood get together and it was a HUGE success!!! When I first blew it up everyone was thinking 'dude wtf, do you think it's big enough?!' But by the time several families gathered to watch a movie it was clear to the crowd that it was PERFECT!! Durable and well built. You'll want to be sure to anchor it well or you'll have some issues. We used three 40 lb bags of salt balanced on the intake base across the back and two 30 lb dumbbells out front tied to the screen's D-rings. We're close to the shore and it's pretty breezy. The ropes that come with it are short. We spliced two together for the front tie downs. I also suggest marking your front anchors so people don't trip on them, it is dark after all. We wrapped the dumbbells with fluorescent vests to avoid a painful toe stubbing. Viewing quality would depend upon your projector I would imagine. We had no issues. Someone had mentioned poor quality from rippling screen during a breeze, but we didn't find it to be an issue. Sure it'll wave with a strong wind, but not so much so that you can't enjoy what your viewing. We even had some serious gusts that would fold in the top while they blew, but the screen would come right back when they subsided. I recommend putting a tarp down and setting up on that for a couple of reasons. You keep it clean and more importantly you can just deflate it onto the tarp, carelessly roll the whole thing up and toss it in the garage for a more detailed storage the next day. I say the next day because this thing is a bug MAGNET!!! They really love this thing, but they won't spoil your movie. They don't just scatter when you're done and you wouldn't want to store them away with it until the next time you use it. I blew it up the next day and let them be on their way before rolling it up and putting it back in the bag which many people complain is difficult to do, but I had no issues. If you've ever done any camping you could compare it to putting your tent back in the bag that you'd swear there's no way it's gonna fit in, but it does every time. The blower is super strong and quiet. We never heard it at all during our movie. And the three 40 lb bags balanced on the base didn't phase it in the least. It inflated the screen in no time with them on it. I RARELY write reviews, but just had to take the time to write this one. This is one of the greatest entertainment accessories we've ever owned. Buy it with confidence!
