this is a useful product which has a bearable taste- does what it says helps transport through the gut.

I used it long time and always I am happy of hat. Ortis working very good

These are excellent. Easy to take and very effective. However, the packaging was absurd. Two small packs in a box 8"x6"x5" full of polystyrene packing. Totally absurd.

Something s missing from these restyled cubes. They are no longer effective

Very good completely natural relief from constipation. Prefer using this product to senna. Tend to cut a cube into 4 pieces and swallow rather than chew.

Used for chronic constipation,bought two packs and they did nothing for me except gave me stomach pain so I’m back on movicol which I was trying to stop taking which also gives stomach pain but at least I go to toilet which is also painful don’t know what else to do as fiber seems to make me worse
