I use it along with the conditioner. These products are too strong. My scalp and ears were burning.

Not what I expected
I thought it would have more of a cinnamon fragrance. It has no cinnamon fragrance. Even after shampooing twice it doesn't feel clean. I don't feel it has made a difference in control. Not recommended.
