The unit not only supplies saline water in one nose but also removes the saline from within the nasal cavity to fully rinse the sinus area. The nose piece can be rotated in an effort to reverse the flow of saline water. I heat distilled water for 30 seconds in the microwave prior to adding the solution to the supplied saline cartridge. I am always amazed at how much garbage is taken away from the process. I get nice relief for the start of my day. I also use the unit at the end of the day which provides me with nighttime relief so that I can sleep. I think that this is an awesome product and is superior to the other units which only allows for saline to be inserted in only one nostril without the ability to remove the saline. I find it easy to use and I am really satisfied with the purchase.

The first time I used the Navage, I felt immediate relief from nasal congestion. The second time, I saw what I can only describe as parasitic worms in the discharge reservoir. It was very alarming, to say the least! I felt and heard the water that made its way to my ear canals, and it took several minutes to get the water drained. Afterwards, I can hear better than I have in years. I have considered hearing aids for years, but I think I may have found a cause of at least part of my hearing problems. I work with livestock in dusty conditions, so I understand that I'm going to gather some parasites, but to actually see them is kind of unsettling. I completely and totally endorse the Navage congestion relief system. This may be a game changer.

This product didn’t work for me. I really wanted it to but once the suction started, I got immediate ear pain. I apparently can’t use this or similar products with suction. The seller was kind enough to accept my return and have been fabulous to interact with, hence 5 stars. The product seemed well built and did what it said. There were no issues with it, just not compatible with my body. I had no reason to think there would be an issue and was afraid that I would need to just toss it.

Works great for sinus and allergies!

I was pleased and disappointed at the same time. The device works - but I'm returning it. I was surprised to find that this is like a Keurig - every time you use it you have to throw away a plastic pod that contains nothing but salty water. And these pods cost 50 cents each! Besides this, the device doesn't have rechargeable batteries - who makes stuff with AA batteries any more? Come on, people! You can do better!

A great product recommended by my physician. Easy to use , easy to clean and easy to store. Compact and easy to travel too. Wish I had discovered it years ago.....

Excellent produits, je souffrait d'une sinusite et infection des sinus et avec Sinna et Navage j'ai réussi à régler cela. Ça faisait 5 ans que je vivais avec, les docteurs ont rien fait d'efficace. Tout cela a cause d'une infirmière qui a gratté pour le test de Covid. l'échantillon a ressorti ensanglanté, on va mettre ça sur le manque de formation a l'époque.
