Il gusto di questi biscotti è piacevole, con un leggero aroma di uova fresche. Sono soffici al punto giusto e non eccessivamente friabili, quindi si prestano bene per l’inzuppo in liquidi senza rompersi subito. Parecchi biscotti sono arrivati rotti, il che è un problema perché mi servivano interi per una ricetta che richiede un aspetto integro. Nel complesso il prodotto è buono ma la confezione è troppo fragile.
