Free Samples: Before you order these, go to tranquilityproducts.com and try it for free. Of each category, you can order up to 2 sample packs. Each sample pack contains a quantity of 2. I recommend narrowing down your product in a category down to 1 and use your 2 free samples on the sizes since many people believe Tranquility fits on the small side. Get one of your free samples the size you think you are according to their size chart and then get one size bigger. I also order samples of the boosters since I’m a heaver wetter. You might also want to consider some of the other categories such as the disposable underwear (Pull-Up style) if you’re unsure if the briefs (tape on diapers) are right for you. Plastic Cover: These diapers have a loud crinkly plastic cover that I love but other might not. I like the plastic cover because they remind me of the “all plastic” baby diapers from my generation. Other benefits of an all plastic diaper is they have better odor control. It also prevents leaks if you’re a side sleeper. The crinkle can easily muffled under briefs or heavy clothing. Shape: These diapers are hour-glass shaped as you’d expect, but are very narrow between the legs. I guess the advantage to that is it might increase movement (no waddling) and minimize chafing. You don’t feel the diaper pressing against the inside of your legs. Padding: The padding is very thin so I like to double them up with boosters. I’m very impressed with how much the padding holds for being so thin. I like that the padding extends through the wings for added protection for side sleepers. The padding on the front doesn’t extent as high as it could. There’s several inches of excess material in the front beyond the padding. Read on to “Fitting Tips” to learn how I manage this excess material. Fit and Tapes: I normally fit a medium in other brands but the mediums are too small in Tranquilities so I get them in large. They have no stretch and no landing zone, only double layered tapes. If you get the tapes in the right position the first time, you can use the double layered tape as a make-shift landing zone so you can unfasten them on those occasions you can make it to the bathroom and refasten them when you’re done. Or if you don’t fasten it right the first time, use the double layered tapes as one last try to get it right. You might also find that because these diapers lack stretch, they tend to sag and are practically falling off by morning…or at least on me. Everyone is shaped differently, so it may be different for you. Read on to “Fitting Tips” for my solutions for what I consider a bad fit design. Fitting Tips: First lay the diaper out flat. Then put position your booster insert if you use those. Then fold the excess material in the front inward. Optional: Apply a couple of strips of white Duct Tape across the front outer cover if you want to create a landing zone. Lay down on the diaper. Verify you are positioned correctly by pulling the diaper front and sides up over yourself prior to taping. If you’re satisfied with your position, tape only the top tapes. Then apply white Duck Tape strips over and slightly below the top tapes. Fold over the ends of the Duck Tape to create pull-tabs. You don’t need the lower tapes. Tuck any excess material in the diaper. The result is a snug fitting diaper that’s only where you need it. It’s quite comfy, cool, non-restricting, and will stay snug all night. Value: I got these because I don’t want to waist my premium diapers that cost $2 - $3 a diaper during my workweek when I have to wake up so early. I hate the idea of throwing those expensive diapers away if I only wet them once or twice during a short night. These diapers are less than a $1 each so I don’t mind wasting them. However, to my surprise, they hold more than I expected following my “Fitting Tips.”

Tranquility All-thru-the-Night (ATN) Diapers are the best diapers for the price
Hi, For those that never tried this product, this is the Tranquility All-thru-the-night (ATN) Briefs/Diapers. They have the tabs on the side and you have to pull it around to tape the diaper close. They’re also plastic backed diapers not cloth backed. Think of it as a larger version of a traditional disposable baby diaper. If you’re looking for the ones that are like pull ups, Tranquility does offer one called the Tranquility Premium Overnight Pull-On Briefs/Diapers and those are put on like regular underwear. With that said, here is what I think of this product. For the price, I think this is the best disposable diaper out there. I’ve been using this product for about four years now. I tried many different brands but I think overall this is still the best I’ve tried. One reason is that they hold a lot of liquid. What make these diapers stand out is one: they don’t feel wet after I wet them and two: they hold a lot of liquid under pressure. Even after a wetting while sitting, the diaper doesn’t leak. They hold about 34 oz. of liquid (about three to four voids) and while I never went further than two wettings, I think they can still hold up past that. They have what’s called the Peach Mat construction which helps in absorbency as well. They also very durable, lasting over 8 hours. The diaper itself are about mid-pack in terms of thickness. They’re thicker than a Depends Maximum protection, First Quality, Presto, and Assurance brands I’ve tested. The Abena Abri-Forms are thicker as well as the Attends (just somewhat). The Northshore and Confidry brands offer thicker diapers as well. As for fecal containment, this diaper does a good job of containing it. It’s also I think the best at concealing the odor too. I wear the extra-large (fitting 56 – 64 in. waist) and I have plenty of room in them. I can also fit in the size large diapers (fitting 45 – 58 in. waist) too with some room to spare. They’re fairly large so they can fit most. Because they’re not overly thick, they’re fairly easy to conceal under clothing. As long as you don’t wear something too tight, no one should notice these under your clothing. They have a few drawbacks though. One, the tapes to keep the diaper in place are very sticky and once fastened, they’re very difficult to move without tearing the diaper. If you mess up on fastening your diaper close, it’s pretty much stuck and good luck opening it without tearing it. I had this issue a few times but for the most part I can usually avoid this. For those that just ordered or is considering ordering this product just be aware of this when fastening it close. The second drawback is that they crinkle a lot. These are some of the loudest diapers that I ever worn. If noise is an issue for you, then you should consider this before buying. If it isn’t, then I think you should give it a try. For me, this is still the best diaper for me. I still want to try some other brands out there but right now I haven’t found a product that surpasses this one. You usually can find a bag of Tranquility for around $15 bucks, which isn’t too steep. They’re durable, hold a lot of liquid, hold a lot of liquid under pressure, not too thick, fairly easy to conceal, and fit comfortably. Of course, their tapes can be an issue at times and they do crinkle a lot. More so than any brand I’ve tried thus far. In the end, if you’re still interested I think you should really consider trying Tranquility All-thru-the-Night (ATN) Briefs/Diapers. You will be getting a truly exceptional product. Very good for those who need diapers
This is a very excellent adult diaper and I wear them when I'm traveling. And they definitely help when I'm sleeping. I would prefer to alternate between these and pull up panties worn while working.

Great overnight if leakage is not too heavy
For years I had very heavy leakage at night, and these were not at all adequate- they would always leak though. In the last year I noticed that my overnight leakage was less and less and now these diapers hit the sweet spot for being (relatively) inexpensive and absorbent enough to keep the bed dry most nights. I tried pullups and it was an immediate disaster so taped diapers are the way to go for me. Been using these every night for the last year or so and they work well for me. The plastic backing is great, please Tranquility, never move away from plastic backing! Very noisy but no one apart from my wife can hear it in bed. I use other products if discretion is needed but the tapes are not as good usually. Goes to show I guess that rating personal absorbent garments is highly subjective and you really have to try them and see if they are right for your particular situation at your current level of need.

These are pretty good for how thin they really are! I would really like to try them with the boosters! They do hold quite a bit!

It’s important to know that although these are the same on the inside of the diaper as the XS version, the outside layer is very different then XS size, these have a plastic outside layer unlike it’s fabric outer lining on the XS size, to which I prefer. The plastic outer layer causes sweating issues and even skin issues on the inside of the legs as it rubs on the inner grown area. If these were being used on a body abled person then I would not use again but as they are on a person that is wheelchair bound they will do until I find another without the plastic outer layer.! I’m not sure why they the company would change from the soft outer on the others when it’s a difference of an inch or 2.

These are one of the best diapers I have ever purchased I'm 36 years old with large urine voids I don't use the toilet at all and found these hold enough for at least four full voids. You don't need a diaper cover unless for the sound also I only wish my disability would pay for these.
