This has a really strong vibration even on the lowest setting. The plate is well made, and comes with resistance bands and a remote. The only reason I give it 4 starts instead of 5, is that the control panel in the center makes it impossible to sit on it, although the literature show several exercises where you would need to. Other than that, it is perfect. It is quiet too!

This device actually helps with post meal "exercise" to lower my blood sugar. Great low impact exercise... improves circulation too.

A good friend of mine suggested I get one for the new year as part of my journey in health. Shipping took much longer than anticipated so I've only had it for about 2 weeks. I love how it helps remove my soreness from Pilates, spinning and general life. I do feel less stressed once I have done a session, which shockingly is only 10 minutes including the programs that are predetermined which is a great way to shake it up as you become accustomed to it.

Absolutely love this product. I use it daily. I was so torn on which product to buy but this did not disappoint. It is powerful, has 5 pre programmed settings and optional attachable workout bands. Would recommend highly to others.

Very nice vibration plate. We like the presets, as it gives us a nice variety. It is very stable. On the downside...the "resistance" bands offer zero resistance. Also, if you are looking for a unit you can sit on, like I was.. this is not the one. The controls are in the center and when you trt to sit on it you cannot help but push a button and turn it off.
