This worked very well for my plugged ear!
I have frequent Eustachian Tube blockage. This works very well for "popping" your ear when used according to directions. Instructions for use: Keep a glass of water ready and take a large gulp of water in the mouth but do not swallow. Please select the nostril that feels more open and less congested. Now hold the Eustachi firmly against nostril and maintain a tight seal with the nostril. Using your finger, close the opposite nostril to prevent air leakage. Turn the power on and in about 10 seconds, pressure will build. Now swallow the water rapidly but carefully. The Eustachian tubes will open as you swallow, and you should feel a popping sensation in your ears indicating that tubes opened up. Repeat the same procedure with the other nostril, if needed. This is particularly useful if one nasal passage is not fully open compared to the other side. The eustachian tubes will open only during the act of swallowing, otherwise, they will not open. Please note that this is for temporary relief. If you haven’t felt a popping sensation, it’s possible that the Eustachian tubes have not opened because: You did not have enough water or saliva in your mouth as you swallowed, or did not have your nostril sealed tightly enough. A large swallow and a tight seal are necessary elements for the Eustachian tubes to open. For a successful opening of the tubes, all the steps must be followed in the precise proper order. It is not uncommon that only one side opens at times. You have nasal obstruction due to severe congestion caused by excessive mucus, congested mucosal lining of the eustachian tubes, significantly deviated septum, nasal polyps, etc. The device battery needs to be replaced. After four or five back-to-back failed attempts, please seek medical attention. Warnings Close adult supervision is necessary when using the Eustachi on children. Do not attempt to modify the Eustachi device. Modification may result in damage to the device or injury to the user. Do not attempt to service or maintain the Eustachi during use to prevent damage to the device or injury to the user. Remove batteries when storing the Eustachi for 6 months or more to prevent damage from battery leakage. Do not swallow batteries. Swallowing batteries can cause choking or injury. Do not use Eustachi for more than two weeks at a time. Stop using Eustachi and contact your doctor if you experience pain with use, or if you don’t see any results after two weeks. Precautions Do not force the Eustachi into the nasal cavity to prevent possible discomfort or injury. The Eustachi is made of ABS plastic. Allergies to this material are rare, however users should not touch the Eustachi device with bare hands if they have known allergies to this material. Do not submerge the Eustachi in water. Submerging the device may result in product failure. User should read all instructions prior to operating the Eustachi.

Works amazingly well
My ENT still doesn't know why my eustachian tubes don't function properly, so I'm stuck treating symptoms. The Eustachi never fails to release the negative pressure in my ears, something I can't do on my own. Releasing the pressure with the Eustachi is such a relief, and it's such a simple device, it's going to last for a long time.

Effective for some
I've had a massively plugged ear for about a week, following a cold. Despite trying what seems like everything (Valsava/yawning, decongestants, nasal sprays/rinses, steam/heat pad, massages, even antibiotics), nothing seems to help- I've been living on Youtube, desperate to find some kind of remedy. I've always struggled a bit with clearing my ear/eustachian tubes, but this time is more extreme and would not budge. Despite the mixed reviews here on Amazon and other forums, and out of desperation, I decided to give it a go. Although the airflow appears to be very mild, once in use, it's actually quite effective and I can see why it would work for so many. Unfortunately, it didn't quite work for my plugged ear, though it did pop my other, slightly stuffy ear- and it also worked for my husband. For some reason, the air wants to blow back into my mouth, so not sure if it's user error (I followed directions and watched several videos), or I have a defective nose canal lol. I am able to get enough air to partially push out my eardrum, it's just not quite enough. While it's quite spendy for what it is (even as I purchased on sale), it's still definitely worth giving a try if you find yourself in desperation...

Cure for pressurized ears!!!
My left ear was feeling clogged and my hearing was impaired because of it. I went to the doc and confirmed it was not fluid but just pressure and was prescribed prednisone. After a few days that hadn’t helped either so I added Sudafed into the mix. I also tried all the tricks that Google tells you to do to depressurize your ears but nothing was working. After two solid weeks of the discomfort from the pressure and everything sounding like I was in a tunnel, I consulted ChatGPT which led me to this device. I followed the directions carefully and repeated only a few times a day for the next few days. It gave almost immediate relief. The next day was way better with no more discomfort and some of my hearing restored so I did not use the device on that day. The day after that my symptoms returned so I used it again a few times throughout the day. By the 3rd or 4th day I was all better. I do not feel like $33 is a huge price to pay for this simple device considering it saved me the time, money and hassle I would have spent going to an ENT, which was my next step. Plus, I now have this on hand for when my ears inevitably become pressurized after air travel. Highly recommend if you are struggling with pressure in your ears!

It works and is safe to use
This item works. I have Eustachian tube disfunction. I was tested by an audiologist recently and the left ear was pretty stuck shut, and the right ear had a little movement. I had bad pressure buildup and tinnitus/ringing of the ears. I started using this product on 7/25 and six days later I got both ears to pop. I used nose spray and ibuprofen along the way. The item feels well made. It was awkward at first, but you eventually get the hang of it. I feel it is pretty safe, and I got aggressive with using it frequently. If the air doesn't go through your ears, you just swallow some of it, which you just burp up. I would recommend this item. It helped me with my issue. My tinnitus is not yet 100% gone but has come down so I am going to keep at it.

Great for ears that won't pop.
Bought this for my daughter who travels to higher elevation often. She had trouble with her eats not popping. Th8s thing solved it. I even used it one time when my ear wouldn't pop. It is a very weird feeling , but it solved the problem almost instantly!

Massive Relief of Barometric Pressure Headaches
Functionality: Worked incredibly well. I had no idea about the additional drainage behind our ears. For years Ive had horrendous pressure headaches and in the last couple of years awful popping of all my sinuses and no medication works. I stumbled upon the concept of barometric pressure headaches and that’s how I found this product and pressure relief earplugs. I used the product as it states with a mouthful of water and waiting close to 10 seconds to swallow. I felt it pop but took a couple tries to feel the full pressure release. The pain and my headache didn’t immediately go away but right away I could feel the pressure in my nose, sinus, and forehead was going down. It recommends two weeks of treatment for bad build up and considering I’ve been struggling with this for years id imagine that’s what it will take but I’ve had it for literal hours and feel more relief than any of the nasal sprays, allergy medicine, or pain killers has ever helped. Of course not all medical solutions will work for all people but it is certainly worth a try if you struggle with confusing headaches, allergies, and painful pressure in your forehead and behind your eyes and ears. My left ear has been “sticking” closed for years too and i had to pull on my earlobe to open it back up. Doctors always told me there was no wax buildup so I couldn’t understand why it was sticking closed and affecting my hearing until I pulled it back open. All makes sense now! Aggravating it took so long to solve but so so happy I have an effective tool going forward
